MOOC #12
Creating performances
in minority languages
Objective
Creating performances in minority languages. This MOOC explores the creation of two types of performances in minority languages and the opportunities and challenges that they present. The first performance was trilingual: presented in two ‘minority’ languages (Welsh and Catalan) and in English. The second performance was entirely in Welsh and based on Welsh texts but directed by someone who does not speak the language fluently.
